Dr. Ashraf El-Batrany is a Professor and Consultant Ophthalmologist with extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of eye diseases, with particular expertise in retinal and vitreous disorders, cataract surgery, and ophthalmic emergencies.

He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Tanta University in Egypt and pursued advanced postgraduate training in Ophthalmology in Germany, where he obtained advanced academic and specialist qualifications in the field. He also completed fellowship training at the University of Regensburg in Germany, with a focus on retinal and vitreoretinal surgery.

Dr. Ashraf has extensive experience in both the medical and surgical management of ophthalmic conditions, including complex retinal and vitreous disorders, cataract cases, and acute eye emergencies requiring prompt diagnosis and intervention.
