Dr. Harith Ma’ayah is a pioneer in neurosurgery and spine surgery, with deep expertise in minimally invasive approaches such as endoscopic spine surgery and motion preservation techniques. He also excels in advanced pain management including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, and nerve root injections.

His extensive surgical experience includes:
• Brain and skull base tumor surgery
• Spinal cord and vertebral tumors
• Cranial deformity and fracture correction
• Evacuation of brain hemorrhages (epidural, subdural, intramedullary)
• Brain abscess removal
• Microscopic discectomy
• Spinal canal decompression
• Lumbar and thoracic fusion and stabilization

Dr. Ma’ayah is a leader in motion preservation, implementing artificial disc replacement and dynamic stabilization to maintain spinal flexibility and reduce long-term complications. He was also one of the first in the region to implement augmented reality technology in surgery, increasing surgical precision and outcomes.

An active researcher and global speaker, Dr. Ma’ayah shares his knowledge at major international conferences.
He graduated from the University of Jordan, earned the Jordanian Board of Neurosurgery, and completed a skull base surgery fellowship at the University of Copenhagen. His past experience includes the King Hussein Cancer Center, Royal Medical Services, the Ministry of Health, and the University of Jordan Hospital.
