Dr. Shadi Al-Bahri – Consultant in General and Bariatric Surgery

Dr. Shadi Al-Bahri obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree and is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He completed his fellowship in Bariatric, Robotic, and Minimally Invasive Surgery at the University of South Florida, USA.

He has held notable academic and clinical positions, including Assistant Professor at the UAE University and Consultant Surgeon at Tawam Hospital.

With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Shadi has extensive expertise in a wide range of general surgical procedures, with a particular focus on:

• Bariatric surgeries, including sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass

• Complex hernia repairs

• Laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery

• Gallbladder and gastrointestinal surgeries

• Revisional bariatric procedures for weight regain
