The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course is designed to equip healthcare providers with the advanced skills and knowledge required to manage pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening emergencies. Focusing on children and infants, this course covers rapid assessment, airway management, cardiovascular and respiratory support, and pediatric-specific resuscitation techniques. Through hands-on practical training and simulated emergency scenarios, participants will gain the confidence to handle critical situations in pediatric care, ensuring the highest level of expertise when responding to pediatric emergencies.

Target Audience:
Healthcare personnel, including physicians, nurses, and other professionals who are involved in the management or treatment of pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening emergencies.

Instructors:
AHA-certified instructors from LSTC.

Exams/Tests:
Multiple-choice written exam and practical skills test.

Certification:
Participants will receive an AHA PALS provider card, valid for 2 years.
